Hi, I am Michelle,since qualifying as a nail technician, it has given me the power to having a good work/home balance. I started my   home base nail studio in 2019 and in the past year I also do a rent a set in the local hairdressers for three  days a  week. Hi, I am Serena Francis, trainer at Surmanti Nail Training Salon. Being a nail tech and business owner is my full time job (not    something I ever dreamed of!). I’ve recently moved into a big salon space in my local town and have built a business that has  a great name within the community and a business that now supports the families of more than 4 employees. When I  left  school I thought I wanted to be a teacher. I was given some advice that stuck with me which was ‘I didn’t need to be a  school teacher to teach’. I now find myself in a position where I get to do something that I love and inspire adult students along the way.
