Our Commitment to Your Success
If you feel that you haven’t fully mastered all the techniques covered in our nail training course, we will provide retraining at no additional cost to you.* This policy reflects our dedication to delivering a high-quality learning experience and ensuring that you leave our program feeling confident and equipped for your career in the nail industry.
Conditions for Retraining
To qualify for complimentary retraining, students must:
- Complete all required course modules: Attendance of all scheduled training sessions is mandatory.
- Submit all assigned homework and practice exercises: Proof of effort and commitment to the course material is required.
- Request retraining within the specified time frame: Retraining requests must be made within 90 days of completing the initial course.
This retraining opportunity is offered to help you refine your skills and achieve excellence in your craft.
Refund Policy
We are confident in the quality of our courses; however, all course payments are non-refundable. The retraining policy ensures that you have continued access to the education you need to succeed. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, and are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support your claim.
